Director Startup Checklist

• Turn on and log into streaming computer
• Ensure man-cam (cam 3) is turned on, then restore settings on ATEM (see here)
• Check name for stream in OBS
• Put battery in comms headset and turn headset on so others can connect
• Use ladder behind door to turn on and set focus of cameras 1 & 5 (replace ladder when done)

Man-Cam Operator Startup Checklist

• Put battery in comms headset and check connection with director
• Ensure camera is working as you expect (check tripod and connections so see if they are at tension you would like)

Camera Operator Startup Checklist

• Check camera settings (iris, gain, white balance, etc.)
• Make presets and write down what they are on the sheet

Wireless Operator Startup Checklist

• Put battery in comms headset and check connection with director
• Put battery in camera and ATOM transmitter and turn on (remember turn ATOM on first and then camera)
• Test tally light
• Put batteries in and unplug tally light right before service
• Test comms, camera, and tally light before leaving to go up front

Director Shutdown Checklist

• Turn Computer Off (Click Apple icon on top left and choose shut down)
• If Sunday morning leave computer on for photography team to upload images
• Leave switcher set to wide shot of stage if not streaming next service

Camera Operator Shutdown Checklist

• If not streaming the next service set both cameras to a wide shot to be used for in house viewing

Wireless Operator Shutdown Checklist

• Put batteries in chargers (ATOM, camera, comms)
