Media Technician Expectations

Responsible for:

• Providing clear and timely visual media cues for those in the audience and on stage through the use of ProPresenter
• Ensuring audio for media elements are working
• Understanding ProPresenter
• Ability to edit slides as needed
• Know how to clear backgrounds, foregrounds, all
• Edit Timers
• Check with speakers before service to obtain special cues and/or notes
• Attending Saturday practice, Sunday morning rehearsal, and both services

Not Responsible for:

• Creating media
• Choosing song background graphics
